Benjamin Franklin was once asked, “Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?” Franklin replied, “A republic, if you can keep it.”
A republic is a representative democracy. It is crafted from the family unit on up, covenanting with families of similar beliefs. These communities of families then elect representatives of character to represent them abroad. The goal is to negotiate a respectful coexistence among dissimilar communities.
Then we have Communism. I always thought communists emerged from the bottom-up; a movement of the little people struggling against evil oppressors. I was mistaken. Communism has always been the goal of elitists who wish to cut out the middle class. Communism is the natural goal of elite intelligentsia driven to rule over drones that fund their values and lifestyles. In a communist state the average citizen is nothing more than a “Useful Idiot” …and expendable.
Regardless of intent, both the Democrat and Old Guard Republican Parties have merged into a single communist party. The American Communist Party is ruled by a few dozen elitists that never change. Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi are two sides of the same coin. They do not engage the general public for battle of ideas but use raw power to maneuver and crush their enemies while scratching each other’s backs. The American party system has long ago abandoned Americans and our Constitution in order to wed itself to special interests and the global elite.
Enter Orange Man Bad and the Basket of Deplorables
By and large, Americans have had it up to their eyeballs with elitists and special interests. Regardless of what communities of similar families want, they get what they are told. Against all hope they send their chosen representative to DC… who then do what they are told. Our republic is on life-support.
Moreover, radical elitists have gotten used to getting what they demand. Rather than working out solutions among equals, elitists have carved out special classes with special rights. What does it say about the condition of a republic when an elitist politician labels the average American a “Deplorable”?
Buckle up Americans, we are entering the final battle for our republic. Either the intended bottom-up republic will reassert itself or the current top-down communist system will crush all dissent and merge with the Chinese Communist Party and the United Nations.
To the American people, we now have to make a choice. Are we willing to participate, debate and negotiate at the local level for our family and community values? Are we willing to elect local representatives of character rather than slick narcissists and sociopaths? Are we willing to give up our personal demands of utopia in a broken world in return for respectful coexistence under the liberties outlined in our constitution? Or, will we continue to depend on monstrous power brokers in DC who occasionally throw us scraps under the table?
I know many people who do not like Orange Man Bad. His leadership style and personality frighten some people. They fear what he might do and not necessarily what he is doing; draining the Swamp of both Democrats and Republicans. Donald Trump is not a bad guy; just a practical guy. He is ‘special-teams’. Trump is the guy that you want to take out of the closet whenever bad guys need to be clubbed into submission.
With a nod to the movie character Brian Mills, Trump has said: ‘But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like elitist-communists. If you let my people go now, that’ll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don’t, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you’…and he will under the laws of our nation.
The American communist party of Old Guard Republicans and Clintonistas need to go. If we need a Donald Trump to make it happen, so be it.
